Due to this hard situation we want to assure our guests that for every reservation made and for the future ones, they will be able to modify , cancel and process full refunds for all customer. Deposit reservations are always with free cancellation 7 days before arrival. Non-refundable Booking could be refund by a Voucher release available for the next 12 months.
